Rani R. Kohen
Chairman of the Board
Entrepreneur, company founder and inventor of the SQL technologies; Mr. Kohen founded lighting retail chains with over 20 retail lighting showrooms in total, which were sold to focus on the development and commercialization of SQL’s technologies and products. As chairman, Mr. Kohen is focused on the development on advanced lighting and fan products and additional applications of the SQL technology.
Mark J. Wells
President
Mr. Wells has held various senior leadership positions within the General Electric Company. From December 2007 to June 2011, Mr. Wells was the General Manager of Consumer Lighting. From October 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Wells was the President and Chief Executive Officer for GE Consumer & Industrial for Greater China. Following his MBA studies, from October 2002 to October 2005, Mr. Wells served as Regional Manager for GE Consumer & Industrial’s Southeast Region. Since 2011, Mr. Wells served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Independence Medical and Home Healthcare Solutions, now a part of Cardinal Health. In sum, Mr. Wells has over fourteen years of experience in finance, sales and general management with GE. Mr. Wells received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Patricia Barron

Joined SQL in 2006; previously president of LTG Services, an electrical products safety consulting services specializing in UL, CSA, CE and Energy Star certification; managed technical review of ceiling fan projects for Underwriters Laboratories (UL); managed UL safety testing for World Fans and testing consultant to Catalina Lighting; BA in Marketing from University of S. Florida and MBA from Georgia State University.

Over twenty-five years of experience managing production operations in China, Poland, West Africa, Russia and Taipei; GM and MD of Omegaplast Polska, a Polish plastic devices company; VP-GM L’Oreal (Tel Aviv); BS in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology.
